Machida Church is a parish within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Tokyo located in Machida, Japan. The church was established in 1854 and is the oldest church in Tokyo to be still on its original site. It is located on what was once the ancient Katsuoga-to.

The Church of Machida had its beginnings in the latter part of the 19th century when the first resident priest, Father Joseph Dupleix, arrived from France. He was sent by the French foreign mission. For the next several decades, the French priests led and managed the parish until 1922, when the mission was handed over to the newly formed Archdiocese of Tokyo. Later in that same year, then-Archbishop Paul Koumeiro would ordain Father Auguste Quenot, the first Japanese priest to preside over the church.
