Immanuel Christian Fellowship Nagoya (ICFN) is a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural church located in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The church was established in 2001 and is an interdenominational fellowship with strong ties to both the Anglican and Methodist traditions. ICFN seeks to reach individuals living in Nagoya and the greater Aichi Prefecture with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to provide meaningful worship, scripture-based teaching, fellowship, and service opportunities in both English and Japanese.

History:
ICFN was founded in 2001. At the time, the church was known as “Nagoya International Christian Fellowship.” Through a series of talks and meetings, the name and the direction of the church changed. In 2011, the church joined the Japan Evangelical Association, acknowledging the church’s move from being an interdenominational Christian group towards being a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural fellowship focused on bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to Nagoya and its surrounding region. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Japan.
