History:

The Han River Bridge in Da Nang, Vietnam connects the downtown area of Da Nang on the northbank with the outlying city of Son Tra on the southbank. It was constructed in 1965 and was the first bridge to span the Han River. It opened for public use in 1967 and has since been an important transportation artery for the city and surrounding region.
