History:

Türkmenbaşy is the largest aquapark in Turkmenistan. It is located in Ashgabat, near the picturesque Kopet Dag Mountains. First opened in 2006, it was the first major aquapark in Turkmenistan. The aquapark was named after the first president of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov, who founded the park.
