Several 1st class buses depart daily from the terminal, with tickets costing approximately 245 Baht. The journey takes about 2.5 hours, depending on the traffic. Alternatively, Wat Choeng Tha can also be accessed by private car. From Bangkok, drivers can take Route 1 (Phahonyothin) or Route 32 (Phahonyoin-Rangsit) to get to the town of Ban Rai.
