Worship Method:

The worship method of Agneeswarar Temple in Thirumalavadi, Tamil Nadu is based on the traditional Agama worship. Devotees begin their worship at the entrance gate, where they chant hymns and offer flowers and incense to the deity. After this, they proceed to the inner sanctum, where they pay their respects through offering of flowers, jasmine garlands, aarthi and the traditional pradakshinam (circumambulation).
