The Catholic Church of Reussbühl in Switzerland is located in the old town of Reussbühl which is situated between the Rhein and Aare rivers. It dates back to more than 540 years ago and has been renovated and restored several times in the past. The building is built of local sandstone and features two towers and five bells. The interior holds 7 altars, one of which dates back to 1550 and a statue of St. Sebastian and the Virgin Mary. The church also has an extensive and valuable organ and an extensive collection of antique furniture. It is one of the best churches in Switzerland which you must visit.

History:

The church was built in 1482 and was later enlarged and decorated from 1772 to 1775. Though the church has experienced many renovations over the years, its original Baroque style has been preserved. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Switzerland.
