The worship method of Inuvil Sri Pararasa Segara Pillaiyar Temple is the same as the worship method of other temples in Sri Lanka. The worship methods include offering the pujas, special prayers and performing the puja to the divine.The priests of the temple recite prayers and perform the traditional puja offerings including, flowers, fruits, coconut, betel leaves and oil, incense sticks, camphor and a lamp to the deity.
