The method of worship at the Sri Lankan Santhanamutalichipuram Srinadarasamoorthy Temple is based on the traditional Hindu temple practices. Prayers of submission are offered in the form of three prostrations, following which a priest will present sacred waters from the temple's holy tank. The priest will then chant mantras while offering flowers and incense to the god.
