If travelling by car, take the A15 road from Jaffna to Kankesanturai and proceed for around 9 kilometers until reaching the village of Vediyapalai. From there, take the left turn and continue along the road for about 5 kilometers until reaching Gnanavairavar Temple. Alternatively, taking the bus from Jaffna to Point Pedro will also take you close to the temple.
