is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva located at the fort of Galle, Sri Lanka. The temple is believed to date back to the period of King Parakramabahu the Great (1153–1186 CE). Worship Method:

The traditional worship method in the Galle Sivan Temple consists of a morning and evening puja (ceremony) and an elaborate festival that takes place on Fridays. Morning puja starts with the chanting of mantras and prayers, followed by circumambulation around the temple. Then, the priest offers prasad (blessings) to the Lord, along with flowers and coconuts. After that, bhajans and kirtans (devotional songs) are sung in the temple. The evening puja starts with arati (fire worship) and offerings of flowers and sandalwood paste. Then, devotees offer pujas and siddha pujas (rituals).
