Our Lady Church is a Roman Catholic Church located in New York City. The parish was established in 1790, making it the oldest Catholic parish in New York City. The current building was designed by notable architect James Renwick and completed in 1852.

The parish was founded in 1790 by Father Claude-Joseph Dubourg, who was the first pastor of the church. The original church was destroyed when a nearby powder magazine exploded in 1812. It was rebuilt in 1815, but was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1835. Later that year, the church was rebuilt under a new name, The Church of Our Lady of Victory. In 1852, James Renwick completed a new building for the church in the Gothic Revival style. This is the building that currently stands today.
