Founded in 1978 by Senior Pastor Glenn Packiam, North Coast Church grew steadily throughout the 80’s and 90’s in its original Carlsbad location. In 1998, they planted a “2.0” congregation in Oceanside. They have since grown to multiple congregations, making them one of the largest churches in the area. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in USA.
