Canons Ashby Priory is a historic house and priory located in the village of Canons Ashby, Northamptonshire, England. It was originally built in the 12th century by Augustinian canons, and by the 16th century, the priory had been dissolved and replaced by a house built for members of the prosperous Dryden family. Today, the house and grounds are owned by the National Trust and operated on their behalf by English Heritage. The property is open to the public, and comprises a main house, courtyard, garden, and parkland. It is famous for its distinctive Tudor architecture and its connections with the poet John Dryden.
