The church was founded in 1998 by Pastor T.W. Lauer who felt a calling to provide spiritual healing and guidance to the people of Sierra Leone. Since then, it has grown to become the largest church in the country with nine branches nationwide, in addition to outreach ministries in neighbouring West African countries. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Sierra-Leone.
