History:
Campsie Parish Church is an old church located in the village of Lennoxtown, East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Originally known as the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady, the church was built in the 15th century as a Gothic cruciform church. In the 17th century it was remodelled as an originally plain rectangular building with a steeple and bell-tower. Much of the original 15th century fittings remain, including some of the pews, the organ, and an ornate communion table.
