The Crossing was birthed out of a Bible study in 2002. In 2003, the first service was held in the Robinson Theatre at Stephens so it is widely regarded as the date of The Crossing’s founding. The church moved to its current location, a renovated grocery store on the corner of Nifong Blvd and W. Worley Street, in 2011. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in USA.
