The Parish Church of Mafamude is a Roman Catholic parish located in Vila Nova de Gaia in Portugal. It was built in 1697 and was once part of a large palace that belonged to the Convent of Mafamude. The church was built atop the ruins of an old fortress to which it was attached. The church was declared a national monument in 1910.

The Parish Church of Mafamude dates back to the late 16th century. The construction of the original building began in 1697 and completed in 1719. The building was originally built as a convent, with the parish church being attached to it. In 1834, the church was partially damaged by an earthquake and later remodeled in a neo-Gothic style. Other features that were added were two bell towers and two organ galleries. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Portugal.
