The pavilion was completed in 1987 and is a popular tourist attraction in Hoang Sai National Park. The pavilion is also the site of a traditional Vietnamese festival, which is held yearly at the lake. History:
The pavilion is named after the legendary lady warrior, Tu Phuong Vo Su.
