Lang Tre Phu An is a small village of approximately 300 households nestled in the mountains of Quảng Nam Province. The area has existed since the 16th century and has preserved many of its historical and cultural artifacts to this day.

Lang Tre Phu A takes its name from its location at the foot of Phu An Hill, which is said to have been the birthplace of an ancient king. Other local legends claim that the ancient inhabitants of the village were protectors of many sacred objects.
History:
Lang Tre Phu An has a long and rich history. The village is believed to have been established in the late 16th century by the Lê Dynasty, when the area served as a refuge from Mongol invasions. During the French colonial period, the village changed hands several times and eventually came under the control of the Nguyen Dynasty in 1885.
