Rosary Sisters Convent Pilgrim Guest House Jerusalem in Palestine is a guest house run by an order of sisters called the Sisters of the Mother of God of the Holy Rosary. It is located in Jerusalem inside the former palace of King Hussein of Jordan in the Old City of Jerusalem. For over 70 years, the Rosary Sisters have welcomed pilgrims from all over the world, providing them with a place to stay and helping them to understand and appreciate the religious and historical sites in the area. The sisters offer hospitality and accommodation to Christian pilgrims. It is one of the best churches in Palestine which you must visit.

History:

 The Rosary Sisters were founded in 1847 by Mother Maria Celeste Crostarosa in Italy. In 1918, the Congregation received approval by the Sacred Congregation for Religious in Rome to expand its missionary activity to the Holy Land. The first Rosary Sisters arrived in Jerusalem in 1920, and in 1921, they opened a school for girls and purchased the palace of King Hussein, an Ottoman governor of the Old City of Jerusalem turned King of Jordan. The palace was remodeled, and the sisters dedicated it to Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary, transforming the palace into a pilgrim house. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Palestine.

The guest house offers two different classes of rooms- first class bedrooms with private facilities and second class bedrooms with shared facilities. Guests have access to a chapel, a common dining area, a garden, and a library.

The Rosary Sisters provide a variety of services to the pilgrims, including spiritual guidance, pilgrim services, prayer services, Eucharistic Adoration, spiritual direction, and assistance in organizing pilgrimages to various Holy sites in Jerusalem and in the Holy Land. The services offered to the pilgrims depend on the sisters’ availability; however, all guests are kindly welcomed and given assistance. This beautiful church in Palestine has made a lot of significance in the past.
