The mosque also features a grand minaret, five interior minarets and three external minarets, which together create a decorative effect. The building has been designed using white marble and natural stone to form its impressive facade and is one of the largest and most attractive mosques in Oman. Visitors are requested to dress modestly and wear a headscarf or cover their hair when entering the mosque.
