Brief History:
Al Ansab West South Mosque is located on the western hills in Muscat, the capital of Oman. It is a small, traditional style mosque built by Sheik Jassim bin Saif Al Ansab in 1996. The mosque has a single minaret and a main prayer hall. During the daytime, it is used by worshipers for regular Muslim prayers and during the evening it is used for lectures and other activities. The mosque was built to honor the Prophet Muhammad and the five pillars of Islam. It has become a place of peace and quiet where locals come to pray and meditate. It is one of the most famous mosque in Oman which you must visit.
Architecture:
The Al Ansab West South Mosque is located in the Muscat Governorate of Oman and was constructed in the traditional Islamic style incorporating elements from both local and foreign cultures. The mosque has a very distinct Oma-style, white-washed building with contrasting green domes that stand out against the blue sky. The mosque also features intricate carvings and beautifully decorated columns. The building consists of four floors, including the grand prayer hall, which is made up of a central rectangular prayer hall and two side chambers. The mosque also includes a mihrab, minbar, and a qibla wall. The mosque has an ablution area for ritual washing, a women's wing, and a library. The library houses a variety of books on Islamic history and culture, as well as a collection of manuscripts. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.

The visiting hours of the Al Ansab West South Mosque in Oman are open to visitors from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The mosque is open for visitors daily except for Fridays, when it is closed for worshipers. best mosque in the world.
