The Pentecostal Missionary Church In Namibia: History,Facts, & Services

The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) is an independent Christian Church originating in the Philippines and founded in 1993. It was established to serve as a bridge between traditional and modern Christianity. The Church is based off the principles of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and the belief in the power of the Holy Spirit. Members of this church affirm the fundamentals of Christian faith: the Trinity, Jesus’ virgin birth, crucifixion and resurrection, and the tenets of repentance and baptism for the remission of sins. They recognize the validity of the sixty-six books of the Bible as the inspired Word of God. The Church practices its own type of worship services, which are interspersed with spontaneous praise and prayers, singing of spiritual songs, as well as messages and teachings on Christian living. It has around 5,000 congregations in the Philippines, and has expanded to places like the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Africa. The Church also runs seminars, camps, and conferences, in addition to radio and television programs. These are used to spread the Gospel throughout the Philippines and all around the world.
