The worship method of Durga Mandir in Delhi starts with offerings such as flowers, incense, and other sacred items. After this, devotees perform an arti by singing various sacred hymns and devotional songs in reverence of Goddess Durga. An aarti is a traditional Hindu ritual in which lamps are lit and a platter of flowers and other items are circled around the image of Goddess Durga. After the arti, offering of sweets is made followed by a special Durga Puja, where the devotees perform sacred rites and offer prayers and offers to the Goddess.
