The temple follows the rituals and practices of worship associated with the six abodes of Murugan, also known as Aaru Padai Veedu. The temple begins its daily prayers with the traditional Punniyar kaliamman abhishekam. This includes offerings of flowers, milk, and ghee to Lord Murugan.
