Knisja ta' San Duminku u l-Verġni Mbierka is a small Baroque-style Catholic Church located in the village of Ħal Tarxien in the Maltese Islands, just outside the capital city of Valletta. The church was built in 1714 by Grand Master Adrien de Wignacourt and named in honour of St. Dominic and the Virgin Mary. Inside the church is a small altar with an altar painting, frescoes and an altarpiece. The church is part of a larger complex including Saint Paul’s Church, an old school as well as a theatre. The Boathouse Theatre, located in the complex, hosts concerts and other events. The church provides regular Mass services, wedding ceremonies and other special events throughout the year.
