The Parvati Temple atop Parvati Hill in Pune, Maharashtra has an ancient and traditional method of worship and offerings.The method of worship at the temple is similar to many other Hindu temples in the region. The main rites involve puja, archana, aarti and strotrams. During the puja ritual, the presiding deity is offered Flowers, leaves, Fruits, Prasad and sacred offerings of sugar and honey.
