Masianokeng LECSA is a local economic cluster that was established in 1993 by the United Nations Development Programme in partnership with the Government of Lesotho. The cluster was created to enable rural communities to gain access to improved services, increased employment and improved quality of life. The LECSA is comprised of four districts in Lesotho: Mokhotlong, Berea, Thaba-Tseka, and Quthing. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Lesotho.
