St. Mark's Church In Jerusalem is a Coptic Orthodox church located in the Muristan district of the Old City of Jerusalem. Dating back to the 12th century, the church is near the site of the martyrdom of St. Mark, the first Bishop of Alexandria, Egypt. It is considered the holiest Coptic Orthodox Church outside of Egypt.

The church is believed to have been originally built in the 12th century by the Coptic Patriarch of Alexandria – Gabriel I, during the Fatimid Period. It was later remodeled in the 19th century by the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem; Anthimos, and renovated by the Coptic Patriarch of Alexandria; Cyril IV. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Jerusalem.
