: Darul Falah Mosque (also known as Masjid Al-Falah Bandung) was founded in 2014, during the presidency of Joko Widodo, also known as Jokowi. It is the largest mosque in Bandung and is located at Jalan Lembang, just north of the city’s center. The mosque was built to commemorate the holy prophet Muhammad SAW and his teachings. The mosque has become a very popular destination for tourists and pilgrims alike, thanks to its prayer hall that can accommodate up to 1,250 people, its beautiful fountain and courtyard, its Islamic library, and its two large courtyards with a total area of more than 4,000 square meters. Darul Falah Mosque is located in the city of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The mosque was designed by the Indonesian architect M. Ridwan Kamil in 2009. It has a contemporary style with Islamic inspired design elements. The mosque is composed of two main volumes: an outer layer of masonry brick walls and an inner layer of concrete. The masonry brick layer is covered with a bright white plaster giving the exterior a clean modern look. The inner concrete layer houses the main prayer hall.
