Roshanara Baradari is a historical tomb located at Yamuna River in North Delhi India. It was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1640 to enshrine his daughter Princess Roshanara Begum. It is one of the most iconic monuments of the Mughal era in India. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
History:
The tomb of Roshanara Baradari is a beautiful structure with a two-tiered dome at the centre, surrounded by four smaller domes, while the exteriors are beautifully decorated with intricate murals.
