Restoration and Life Ministries was founded in 2000 in East Baltimore by Pastor Don Overton and his wife, Eva. It started with a church service and Bible study conducted in a neighborhood middle school and quickly grew to become a comprehensive urban outreach and social services organization. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Guyana.
