Worship Method:

The main worship method at Hutheesing Jain Temple is called Pratishtha, or the consecration of a deity. As per this tradition, images of the Twenty-four Tirthankara are consecrated and established. During the consecration ceremony, the images are placed in a special temple along with a sacred yantra. Prayers and hymns known as Pratishtha Stoths are then recited in front of the images for invoking blessings and devotion. After the Pratishtha, puja is performed to the deity by the priest with offerings such as flowers, incense sticks, and lamps. Prayers, mantras, and hymns are then chanted while offering water and milk to the deity and other religious symbols such as conch shells and bell are rung ceremoniously. Devotees then come forward to offer their prayers and offerings directly to the deity. Hutheesing Jain Temple also offers rituals such as abhishekam, where devotees perform ceremonial bath to the deities with water, sandalwood paste, milk, curd or yogurt. The deities are then adorned with flowers, garlands, new clothes and ornaments. After which, devotional songs are sung by a musician and a kirtan is performed. Finally, devotees offer their prayers to the deity and seek blessings of the Lord before leaving the temple. This most visited temple in Gujarat
