Raiwai Gospel Church is a multi-cultural church in the Suva region of Fiji. Founded in 1967, it has grown to become one of the largest congregations in the country. The worship styles used in the church are a blend of traditional Fijian hymns with contemporary Christian song. The church is known for its strong emphasis on community outreach and evangelism. It is one of the best churches in Fiji which you must visit.

History:

The Raiwai Gospel Church is the brainchild of Pastor Rajiv Prasad who began the church with only 5 members in 1967. He was joined by Elder Sam Jokhan and other lay leaders who helped the congregation grow. In the 1970s, the church began the first community outreach program in the Suva region. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Fiji.
