Sankt Lukas Church is a Roman Catholic Church located in Vienna, Austria. The present-day building dates back to the 18th century, while the parish dates back to 1694. Its namesake is Saint Luke, the patron saint of arts, physicians, and students.

The original church on this site was built in the 16th century and was replaced in the 18th century. The new church was built by the Italian architect Philipp Schor, who designed the nearby Schottenstift as well. It was dedicated to St. Luke because the parish church at the time had become overcrowded, and it opened its doors to the public in 1703. The Baroque-style church was considered a masterpiece of Viennese architecture and was subsequently added to the list of cultural heritage sites in the city.
