The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Czechia is a Roman Catholic Church located in the town of Uherske Hradiste, Czech Republic. The Church dates back to the late 16th or early 17th century and is a significant example of Bohemian Baroque architecture. It is the only church left in Uherske Hradiste from the time of the Thirty Years’ War. The present church was built in 1704 to replace an earlier one that was destroyed by troops during the Thirty Years' War. It was built in a Baroque style representing the region's reconstruction following the destruction that resulted from the war. The interior is also decorated with Baroque elements, including the high altar and choir loft. The church also houses several paintings and sculptures of historical figures, including St. John of Nepomuk, St. Francis Xavier, and Bishop Michael Spineiss.
