The park was designed by Belarusian architect Viktor Kramarenko and consists of a memorial complex, several monuments and sculptures, artificial lakes, grassy areas, and a park café. The main monument, the Memorial of Glory, was established in 1975 as a symbol of the victory of the Soviet Union in the Great Patriotic War. The memorial consists of three main elements: the Arc of Triumph, the Red Army Soldier statue, and the Eternal Flame. The Arc of Triumph is a granite arch with granite columns and a sculpted figure of a soldier on top. The sculpture of the Red Army Soldier stands in the middle of the memorial and is made of red and gray granite. The Eternal Flame monument is made from marble and granite and is lit by a flame fed by paraffin. The park also features several other monuments and sculptures dedicated to the heroes of the war. Additionally, there are pathways connecting the memorials and other attractions, such as an artificial lake and a café.
