Tserkov' Khve "Krynitsa Zhytstsya" is a historic church in Ukraine, located in the Khmelnytsky Oblast province. The church dates back to the 17th century and was built in the baroque style. The main body of the church is a three-tier bell tower topped with a dome shaped roof.

The church was founded in 1634 by Catholic missionaries of the Order of Friars Minor of St. Francis of Assisi and built on the site of an earlier wooden chapel. The main building was then erected in the early 17th century, but the bell tower wasn't completed until the early 19th century. The church underwent numerous renovations over the years, including an expansion in the 19th century, and was restored in the 1950s. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Belarus.
