Worship Method:
Shiva Mandir, Habiganj in Bangladesh follows an orthodox Hindu worship method. The worship is conducted by shouting mantras and prayers set to traditional tunes. Some of the prayers and mantras chanted while performing the ritual include the Gayatri Mantra, Shiva Sahasranama, Mohini Mantra, Panchakshari Mantra, Mrityunjay Mantra and various other mantras. Offerings such as flowers and incense are often made at the shrine and there are several altar decorations and religious pictures in the shrine. Ritual bathing is also done as part of the worship.
