The worship method of Kali Bari Mandir in Narayanganj is influenced by the baba kali sect of devotees. The devotees perform ‘puja’ or rituals to Maa Kali through the use of mantras, offerings, flowers and ‘sindur’. The devotees offer offerings such as fruits, vegetables, betelnuts and jal (water) during the puja. They also perform ‘arti’ or offering of lamps to the deity as a sign of respect and devotion.
