The Binat Bibi Mosque, located in Bogra, Bangladesh, is one of the oldest mosques in the country. The mosque dates back to the 15th century, and is now a protected monument. The mosque was built with Islamic architecture in mind, featuring a central prayer chamber with an interior courtyard encircled by galleries and cylindrical towers. The mosque also features four corner rooms and a room with a mihrab that faces Mecca. The outer facade is made of terracotta, which is an embellishment that is typical of 15th-century Bengali architecture. The back of the mosque features an octagonal tower, typical of the style that was common during the Mughal Empire. The mosque is constructed out of mud with a terracotta coating, and features intricate carvings and a double-domed roof. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.
