Սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցի is an Armenian Apostolic Church located in the city of Yerevan, Armenia. It is a bell-tower-style church which is one of the city's oldest churches and is also the largest ecclesiastical structure in the country. It was consecrated in 1869 and it is named after "Apostle St. Gregory the Illuminator", who is revered in Armenia as the founder of Christianity in the country. The main part of the Church is built from pink tuff and is topped with a belfry. Inside, the church has fourteen columns, a gilded ark and a "Holy-Table" for services for the congregation. The church also holds an old manuscript of the Bible, a big marble altar and a small secret room where Armenia's first two Patriarchs were enthroned. The church also provides various spiritual and cultural services, such as weekly services, lectures, and Bible study classes.
