Vallnord Arinsal Bike Park, located in the small country of Andorra between France and Spain, has been a premier and popular destination for mountain biking since its opening in 1998. The park became part of the Vallnord ski resort in 2002, when the local government purchased the area from the local company, Montferrand. The park boasts 15 trails, ranging from 1km to 3km in length, and covering a variety of difficulties. It has a chairlift which gives riders access to the uppermost levels of the park, and is open from mid-June through September depending on weather conditions.
