Relizane Mosque is believed to be the second oldest mosque in Algeria, following the Great Mosque of Constantine. The mosque has several features of the vizier style—an architectural style of the Fatimid period or typical of the twelfth century, when the mosque was first built. The mosque underwent a major renovation and expansion in the 17th century. It is one of the most famous mosque in Algeria which you must visit.
