Rules to follow
Foreigners who travel to Japan must abide by the following rules to travel to Japan.
- Book a package tour, travelers from all countries are accepted.
- Tourist visas are important at the time of arrival.
- Applying for a visa entails two steps: 1) Your travel agency will obtain the certificate for registration to the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS); and 2) Presenting the ERFS certificate when applying for a visa at an embassy or consulate.
