Seventh Day Adventist Church Rose Belle In Mauritius: History,Facts, & Services
The Seventh-day Adventist Church Rose Belle (SDA) is a Voluntary Christian movement which first established roots in Mauritius in 1905. The origin of the Rose Belle SDA Church dates back to 1901 when M. Franck Laukon, the first missionary of the Seventh-day Adventist Church from Basel, Switzerland, arrived at Mauritius and planted the first branch of the church at Rose Belle. The Rose Belle congregation has grown steadily over the years and this is seen as a testimony of its wisdom and guidance.
The Rose Belle Seventh-day Adventist Church has a long history and has been a blessing to many. The church offers a wide range of services focusing on spiritual and physical nourishment. These services include pastoral care, religious instruction, book publishing, community development work, health care and education. They host evangelistic programs, Bible study classes, marriage counselors, health lectures, and other activities.
The Rose Belle SDA Church is part of the Seventh-day Adventist Church world-wide mission and is committed to the proclamation of the everlasting gospel of the Three Angels' messages of Revelation 14:6-12 and to promote the spirit of righteous living as revealed in the Ten Commandments. The Rose Belle SDA Church also keenly promotes the uniqueness of the Seventh-day Adventist practice of worshipping on the seventh-day Sabbath. All these help keep the evangelical mission of the Rose Belle SDA Church alive.
