Yokosuka Japanese SDA Church is a church of the Seventh-day Adventist denomination located near Yokosuka, Japan. It was established in 1892 and is currently the oldest Seventh-day Adventist church in the country. The original members of the church were mostly military personnel and their families, but today the congregation includes people of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities.

In 1892, Captain James Foote, a missionary for the American Seventh-day Adventist Church, established the Yokosuka Japanese SDA Church. Foote had been sent to Japan with the goal of spreading the Adventist message throughout Japan and the surrounding areas. After working at the mission for 15 years, he eventually left with his family in 1902, but the church continued to expand and thrive on its own.
