Maronite Cathedral of Mexico and Shrine of St. Charbel is a church located in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City. Completed in 2012, it is the first Maronite Catholic church in Mexico and the first church in Latin America to be dedicated to a Lebanese saint, St. Charbel Makhlouf. The purpose of the church is to celebrate the Maronite faith and Lebanese culture in Mexico, and the shrine of St. Charbel allows people to pray for miracles. The cathedral is also home to many events such as concerts, retreats, and celebrations. Additionally, the cathedral serves as a center for prayer, spiritual guidance, and education.
