Kurume Bible Fellowship (International Church) is an international Christian church located in Kurume, Japan. The church was founded in 1988 by Pastors Samuel and Ruth Keole, a married couple from Hawaii. The church is made up of members from the United States, Canada, Bangladesh, Australia, Korea and Japan, reflecting the international character of the church. The church’s mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ by providing powerful and meaningful worship services, biblical teaching, Christian fellowship and service to the community. The church is a member of the Japan Evangelical Association and includes English, Korean, and Japanese services and small group meetings.
The church offers a range of services, from Sunday morning and evening services, Bible studies, midweek gatherings, a children's program, monthly meetings, and retreats. The church also has an active ministry of mission work, serving local communities in Japan with food and clothing, as well as international mission programs.
